1. Information We Collect
- Personal Info: Name, Mobile Number, Email Address, Shop Name (for Retailer/Distributor verification).
- Financial Info: Transaction history, Wallet balance, and payment references. We DO NOT store your Credit/Debit card numbers or Netbanking passwords. All payments are processed via secure third-party gateways.
- Device Info: Device ID, IP Address, and Operating System version for security and fraud prevention.
2. App Permissions & Usage
To provide specific features, our App requires the following permissions:
- Camera & Storage: Required to upload documents for PAN Card applications (Form 49A, Photos, Signatures) and to save transaction receipts.
- Contacts: Optional access to select phone numbers from your contact list for quick Mobile Recharge. We do not sync or store your entire contact list on our servers.
- Location: Collected mainly for fraud prevention during sensitive transactions (as required by NPCI/Banking norms).
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data strictly to:
- Process Recharges, Bill Payments, and PAN Card applications.
- Manage your Wallet balance and Commission.
- Send transaction alerts (OTP, Success/Failure status).
- Comply with legal obligations (KYC verification).
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. However, we share necessary data (e.g., Mobile Number, Operator) with:
- Service Providers: Telecom operators, Billers, and UTI/NSDL (for PAN services) to complete your requests.
- Legal Authorities: If required by Indian law or cybersecurity regulations.
